Cadence –
I used these last night and it felt like my skin was burning. I had these massive red marks and swelling under my eyes. It felt like I was getting a chemical burn from this. I won’t be buying anything from this brand again. I might sound like a Karen, but why support a business when all you are gonna get is a chem burn? No thank you.

It looks like my first review was deleted.. well here I am with another one! This product made the skin under my eyes burn. I have massive red marks where the mask was and it was swelling. The ingredients listed something that I believe turns out to be butene, which is not great for your skin. And if you notice all the reviews that talk about how great this mask is, they are all rated with thumbs down.. odd. Maybe it’s “100% vegan” but it is not good for your skin.

My girlfriend and I used it once with no problem but then a couple weeks later we used this product again and ended up with redness and a burning sensation under our eyes. With further research we uncovered that MANY other people have been having these issues. This issues can be seen on Amazon.com and target.com…….please remove these from shelves and I would like to see some action from quebellabeauty on this for my girlfriend and I.

Hi Damon, we’re so sorry to hear you both had a reaction after using our eye masks when you had used them before with no problems. Whilst our masks are dermatologically approved and suitable for all skin types, we recommend a patch test behind the ear prior to use, even if you have used them before, due to a number of variables which can impact skin sensitivity. We do keep a record of all customer feedback; positive and negative. Your comments have been added to this. If you wish to discuss further, please email info@quebellabeauty.com. Thank you.

I just used this product before work and had a bad reaction to it. Please do not use this!!! My under eyes are red. I usually use under eye masks from Target, so I assumed this one would be fine. Now I have to wear extreme makeup to cover it up. Please help. Does anyone know how long it lasts???

Kiana –
I never write reviews, but I couldn’t let this one slide. I bought these from target, and I’ve used the brand for face masks before and never had any reaction. These patches felt great while wearing them, so I had no reason to think I shouldn’t leave them on for the full amount of time the package suggested. While I was wearing them, I actually thought I would definitely buy these again.
After I took them off my skin, the skin underneath was bright red and sensitive. Like, embarrassing to be in public red, there were clearly defined lines where the patches were. It felt and looked like a terrible sun burn.
Now, I’m seeing so many reviews with the same reaction. There is no way this is just a sensitive skin issue. This product should not be on the market.
For those out there in the same situation as me, my skin finally started to calm down after 1.5 hours and after slathering aloe all over. Ironic considering this product was supposed to be hydrating with aloe. I’m grateful my skin is starting to look normal, but the panic it caused was not worth it.

Tried the first two and was fine. Tried it for a third time and it felt like it was burning my skin and had red marks. I like this brands other products but would not recommend these. I see other people have had issues with this too.
